running. For cool down stage, reverse the process.

decreasing the speed patterns for jogging, running, brisk
walking or slow pace walking to enhance the burning of body
fat.
• Sustained speed exercise should be incorporated in the
treadmill exercise plan to develop stamina.
• Ten minute running drill atleast three times a week will
help in increasing HDL cholesterol which inturn helps in
prevention of heart attacks.
